I've had therapy sessions with Varsha for anxiety/depression/trauma since March 10, 2022.
What I appreciate the most is that she actively and patiently listens, and provides a safe, non-judgemental space. I liked the practice of filling out a therapy integration form one day before the session and sharing it with her as it helped both of us direct each of the sessions. Personally, it also helped me keep track of what I actually needed/wanted to focus on rather than being derailed due to something small which happened the same day or day before.
I also really respect that she is organised, and very professional. If she needs her time, she lets us know well in advance and reschedules in a way which is convenient for both.
She really helped me figure out how to cope with my triggers in a healthy way and to eventually make small steps out of it, to come to terms with being queer, and just to get by without my anxiety affecting my daily routine. I'm really grateful for all the support I've got from her.
Would highly recommend.

She is very patient, empathetic and highly professional. The sessions had helped me a lot when I felt I was totally stuck in a loop. I've never felt judged or conscious while I share my thoughts in the session which I think is very important. Iam able to manage my anxiety and compulsive behaviours in a much better way now.
She has taught me ways to be mindful, get back to the present and focus on the things which we can control at the moment. I think this approach has helped me when I was going a through a rough patch in my life. Iam glad that I've made my decision to attend talk therapy and Iam so thankful to Varsha for helping and guiding me when I felt absolutely helpless.

I was a non believer when it came to therapy. This has been my first experience talking to a professional and It's been 3 months, I have a lot more clarity now and think a lot more constructively than before. She has helped me navigate the process well. Being aware of my feelings has helped me face situations that I would've ideally run away from. So, yes, I'd say, give it a shot, it does help put things into perspective.

Therapy for me has been assurance of a safe space and with Miss Varsha Vemula, I feel it has become safer. I feel heard, seen and safe during sessions with her. Therapy, so far, has been working well for me as I get to vent about stuff that affect me without feeling judged. Miss Varsha Vemula is a good listener which makes the process of therapy a little easier for me. On the whole, she's made therapy safe for me and it makes me look forward to sessions and therapy and the whole process of it seems approachable.

I started seeing Varsha for my Anxiety issues few months back and she helped me a lot in this process. What really made me stick through with this process is the creation of safe space for expressing our thoughts and emotions. She would non-judgmentally listen to me and also made me reflect through the way I am seeing it and how I am reacting to it.
Her analogies and examples are quite helpful to understand the situations better. They stayed with me for way longer after the session and I still keep reminding myself those examples if I fall in similar circumstances. She is very attentive and friendly while we are talking and quite comprehensible to understand.

Consulted Dr. Varsha two years ago and I have been seeing her ever since. I am grateful to have found a therapist who connects with me and understands my issues. She asks the right questions which help me reflect on myself, questions I never could dare ask myself. Since seeing her, I have been getting better at staying aware of my thoughts and emotions and acknowledging them. Above all, the best thing Dr. Varsha has done for me is help me accept my thoughts and myself completely - the good, the bad and everything in between. For that, I can’t thank her enough. I would definitely recommend her for anyone who is struggling within themselves. You will not regret it. Trust me.

My experience with Varsha has been pretty good. I had come for counseling because my emotions were getting the best of me, sometimes things that are right infront of you are difficult to understand but when it's pointed out through your own conversation it makes more sense. All my sessions with Varsha were one's where she let me do the talking and then questioned me as to what I said and how I feel about it, unknowingly I answered my own doubts through our conversations.
When I came in initial I would often break down for reasons I didn't understand but after a while I realized why that was happening and that having out bursts is not bad but that it's more important to be aware of your emotions so that you can keep urself in check and not let it carry you away.
All in all I'd say she's doing a great job and that I recommend pause of perspective to my near and dear ones when I feel they need someone to help them out.
